New Beginnings 2013-14
Dr. Joel Shawn shared a video with us in his Back to School Welcome letter. Did you watch it? It had everything to do with "the why" we do what we do. The last few years we have focused on the what we do and how we do it. You'll remember the four Cs: Communicate, Create, .... for the what we do. Our teaching strategies and techniques are the "how" we do it. What do you think about the "why" the speaker of the video explains?
